The Last Gospel of the Pagan Babies Film Screening

  • Farish Theatre, Lexington Public Library, Central Branch 140 East Main Street Lexington, KY 40507 (map)

In the 1960s, the Old World gay scene was changing. In Lexington, a group of gender-bending artists, drag queens, belles and sexual outlaws formed a loose group called The Pagan Babies. Drawing from a lineage of sexual outlaws dating back to the Civil War, The Pagan Babies changed life in Lexington forever.

Join us for an introduction by archive co-founder Bob Morgan and a panel discussion afterwards with Bob and activist Peter Taylor.
